Madison Township is one of thirteen townships in Washington County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 602.[1]

According to the United States Census Bureau, Madison Township covers an area of 26.07 square miles (67.5 km2); of this, 26.06 square miles (67.5 km2) (99.97 percent) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (0.04 percent) is water.
